We are the Markellos family, and we have been cultivating our olive grove since the 19th century, in the village of Sofiko, formerly part of the municipality of Solygeia, southeast of Corinth. The beauty of this land, the soil, and the stones is a reflection of the dedication and strength of those who gave everything to pass this heritage on to us.
With the foundation they laid and the legacy they left us, we, the new generation, have created iasOliveOil. They are the creators, and we are the evolution.
Our olive grove is composed of the local Manaki variety. Centuries-old trees generously offer their fruit each year, allowing us to produce high-quality organic olive oil.
